To curb the cases of child marriage there is need to educate parents on how to raise and protect children. Charity begins at home and thus the fight against child marriage must start form the family unit if the vision of the campaign is to be translated into a tangible and desired result. Parents need to be educated about the Value of children and their contribution to society and not to view them as passive objects in the process of exploitation.

It has been known that the Apostolic and Zion churches have some reservation towards the uptake of Maternal Newborn Child Health [MNCH] services. The reasons vary from one group to the other some which are sincere. The reservation has immeasurable negative impact on the children in the community hence the need to engage all the stakeholders to rectify this. The Unit believes it is easy to raise strong children than to heal broken men, therefore there is need to have a comprehensive and modern MNCH intervention plan for the churches.
